We are looking for an experienced React Front-End Developer to join our team and take a leading role in creating responsive, accessible, and performant web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in modern web technologies and a commitment to building inclusive and sustainable digital experiences.
* 5+ years of professional experience in front-end web development.
* Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
* Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first approaches.
* Solid understanding of web accessibility standards and implementation techniques.
* Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and workflows. (delivery of video and text content)
* Experience with version control systems, Git.
* Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to address them.
* Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them with front-end applications.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain complex web applications using React and related technologies
* Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes
* Ensure web accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA or higher) in all projects
* Optimize web performance for fast load times and smooth user experiences
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
* Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with server-side logic
* Implement and maintain state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX, or React Context)
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to our front-end development standards
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and responsible web design
