Description
We are looking for highly organized and efficient Senior Accountant with 5+ years of experience, a proven track record of success, and a passion for providing exceptional accounting services for our companies around the world. Our ideal candidate should possess excellent problem solving and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, and have proven ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Prepare and maintain financial records for several companies in different jurisdictions
- Making accounting entries, ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
- Manage accounts and reconcile complex bank statements
- Identify inefficiencies and implement enhancements in the accounting processes
- Provide information to external auditors, tax advisors and consultants, ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Preparing and filing VAT in the UAE
- Analyze, prepare and maintain complex financial statements
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS
- Experience in working with auditors and consultants
- Experience in automatization of accounting processes and ERP implementation is a plus
- Experience in Caseware as advantage
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Can-do attitude toward challenges
- Willingness to solve "out of the box" tasks
- Fluent English
