Become an EXpert as a Customer Service Representative Support
Position is responsible for providing Internal and External Customers with Service Support via email communications. External Customer receives inspection order support, inquiry assistance and problem resolution. Internal Customers receive processing and administration support.
What you’ll need to be successful: Fluent English Level (C1 or above)High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to solve problems through a good understanding of products, processes and proceduresAbility to communicate effectively and resolve/defuse difficult customer issuesProficiency in standard office software applicationsGood organizational skills.
