Job Description
What you’ll be doing
You will partner with your account team, client solution engineers, product and delivery teams to expand existing revenue streams and identify new revenue opportunities with our most critical strategic client relationships. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing close strategic partnerships across all levels of the client organization to understand client’s technology roadmap and any internal and external system dependencies. You will lead and manage client escalations and issue resolution. You will oversee data center issues, opportunities, and activities associate with our clients. You will be responsible to ensure client requirements are adhered to by delivery teams. You will be responsible to ensure the success of project implementations and product enhancements. This is a critical role in delivering on existing client commitments and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will include a high degree of strategic planning and executing to further cultivate Experian’s brand as a trusted partner.

- You have successful experience of sales functions such as exceeding sales standards, protecting core revenue, and ensuring delivery of solutions
- You drive results and exceed expectations to identify new ways to maintain and strengthen current partnerships
- You have a growth mindset, taking initiative with different opportunities to develop your skills as an Experian leader and influencer
- You prioritize accountability and honesty, building trust with your teammates and customers by consistently delivering results
Qualifications
What your background looks like
- 7+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of expanding existing relationships and revenue opportunities
- Background in Financial Services, Technology or related field sales.
- Solid business acumen, with a strong understanding of corporate financial priorities and the initiatives designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Travel required, as necessary
