Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for driving revenue through B2B marketing? Join our team as a marketing manager for Experian's housing vertical.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a strategic thinker with a broad marketing skillset who can develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, create impactful content, and enhance sales team capabilities. This role requires a multi-tasker with an eye for detail and the ability to collaborate across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that uses market data and analytics to identify opportunities and prioritize efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine strategies and boost revenue impact.
- Monitor and share valuable industry insights across the organization.
- Develop and execute a market-specific event strategy.
- Create housing-market specific content including trends reports and digital marketing campaigns.
- Leverage AI and intent marketing to optimize targeting and conversion.
- Measure and report marketing effectiveness to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the mortgage industry.
- Proven ability to independently execute marketing plans.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market and revenue data.
- Superior content creation and copy writing skills.
- Ability to identify industry trends and prioritize opportunities.
- Undergraduate degree a must, MBA a plus
- Preferably located in Southern California within driving distance to Costa Mesa
