\n- Own maintaining and improving existing marketing team processes and identifying new ones
- Establish ownership, ensure adoption, and implement improvements of project management, workflow, and any future marketing systems
- Provide requirements and build user stories in partnership with Marketing Technology team for updates and enhancements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to help plan, build, and monitor multi-channel campaign performance
- Work with the marketing technology team to develop and execute A/B tests that improve user engagement and optimize conversion funnels
- Establish naming conventions to organize marketing team assets and materials
- Create streamlined, repeatable and automated processes across all campaigns and channels, including pre and post campaign validations, UTM Management, email setup, and QA
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement
- Establish and own process for paid media budget pacing, invoicing, and validation
- Assist with any Requests for Proposals and onboarding for new partners or agencies
- Assist with any Third Party Risk Management requests for marketing partners and vendors
- Assist with backlog grooming and prioritization on Marketing initiatives
- Organize and consolidate requests for the marketing team as needed (data, feedback, meetings, communications, etc.)
- Identify gaps in technologies or tools to support efficient campaign management
- Setup workflows, lists, and segmentation strategies
- Collaborates with marketing technology data teams regularly to drive process improvements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations
- High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred
- Exceptional organizational and process improvement skills
- Strong understanding of paid media channels and digital marketing technologies
- Prior experience with Marketing Automation tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Prior experience with A/B Testing, SMS Marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing analytics.
- Experience working with CDPs, CRMS, workflow and project management tools - experience with Wrike and Jira a plus
- Ability to be a self-starter, flexible, and adaptive
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the Bank
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in banking highly desirable
The pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. $100,000 (entry level qualifications) to $140,000 (highly experienced).
