JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Product Analyst, Digital Banking is responsible for gathering and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. This role collaborates with various internal teams such as Marketing, Technology, and Operations to develop and execute strategies from insights on trends and key performance indicators (KPIs). The ability to communicate complex information effectively, attention to detail, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
\n- Data Analysis & Pricing Strategies:
- Identify peer sets, trends, and insights related to digital deposit products (i.e., Certificate of Deposits, savings accounts, etc.)
- Collaborate cross functionally with various teams to create and refine pricing strategies that are both competitive and profitable
- Develop and maintain regular reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the performance of CD, High-Yield Savings Account, and other deposit products
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and actionable reports
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
- Conduct market research and analysis to support product development and strategic planning
- Provide insights on customer needs and preferences to guide digital banking strategies
- Project Support:
- Work with Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to support all deposit products, including reviewing of and publishing disclosures
- Work with Marketing on contents and communications to customers
- Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify pain points and prioritize areas for improvement
- Recommend and support initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, a related field required; Advanced Degree or relevant certifications is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in a similar analytical role within the financial services or digital banking industry required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms and technologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
The pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. $85,000 (entry level qualifications) to $110,000 (highly experienced).
