ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re on the hunt for a talented Product Manager to join our elite team. In this role you will be responsible for researching, scoping, prioritizing and executing against our company roadmap. Reporting into the CEO you will partner closely with stakeholders across Freed to deliver tools that are playing a pivotal role in restoring joy to medicine while pushing the boundaries of what's possible with technology.
HOW YOU’LL HAVE IMPACT:
Demonstrate genuine curiosity to understand who our clinical users are, including understanding their key needs, motivations and pain points, as well as deep user empathy when making product/feature trade-offs.
Dig into the data to merge qualitative and quantitative insights. Look at the data to check gut intuition with data driven insights.
Drive, develop, and successful launch new product areas for Freed
Ensure clear communication across the organization on roadmaps, priorities, and decisions to ensure that all levels of our team understand what is going on and why.
Analyze market trends to inform product development and competitive positioning.
Facilitate product definition and design by gathering product requirements from the various types of users who interact with our systems every day (patients, clinicians, business teams, etc).
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
5+ years of experience, experience building and shipping products or services, preferably from scratch in a start-up environment.
Deep curiosity to understand and help the user - whether patient, clinician, business stakeholder, or customer success to understand and help others.
Excellent problem-solving, project management skills paired with first principles thinking.
Exceptional communication: Ability to effectively communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences across the entire team.
Comfort using data to drive decision making and a passion for working on a hypothesis-driven and results-oriented team.
NICE TO HAVES:
Experience in healthcare is not required, but a passion for healthcare and helping others is a must.
