About the client (Heli):
Founded in 2016, Heli is a two-sided digital platform that services buyers and sellers of global adventure travel and experiences.
The Marketplace business helps buyers discover and book the best experiences around the world, including skiing/snowboarding, surfing, safaris, diving, cycling, mountain biking, kite surfing, fishing, yacht charters, trekking, and beyond.
Our operator partners/suppliers use the Heli Marketplace as an additional sales and marketing channel, allowing them to reach a broader audience through Heli's marketing efforts and sales team. A strong operator base strengthens marketplace supply and drives the most real-time inventory database in the category.
Heli is looking for someone to provide support in the areas of new supply creation, operator onboarding, data entry, and optimization. As part of our team, you will immediately be responsible for contributing to the growth of the marketplace inventory and operator relationships. Your role will be an integral part of the development of Heli and our fast-growing business.
Job Description
- Work across all business units, assisting with internal projects and strategic initiatives to support the merchandising, growth of the marketplace, and internal data optimization
- Support the Supply Management Team with new profile development and supply creation
- Assist the Sales team with lead-specific inventory requests
- Work within the CRM to maintain and organize operator data
- Research and create Qualified Lead Generation lists to support the Operator Partnerships team
- Flexible work schedule: daily use of Heli Slack, Asana, G Suite, and Hubspot
Desired Skills & Experience
- Self-starter who is able to work independently in a time-sensitive and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, strong grammar and writing skills, and an unquenchable desire to learn
- Proficient in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Undergrad degree or on-track to receive undergrad degree preferred
- Experience with Hubspot is preferred
