What You’ll Do
- You’ll be part of a team that sits at the intersection of marketing, product, sales, operations, and the market.
- Develop clear value propositions, positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging to support new and ongoing product launches.
- Create go-to-market plans, customer segmentation, and marketing programs for new products, features, services, and add-ons.
- You will create and orchestrate processes involving multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure product communications are timely and effective
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and user experience teams in the development of the product roadmap to establish competitive differentiation in our products and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Work with customer marketing to educate our customers to drive feature adoption.
- Ensure marketing assets include up-to-date product images and product messaging.
- Capture the voice of the customer by conducting surveys and interviews that identify the industry challenges so that you can feed them into the product planning cycle.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of B2B marketing, B2B SaaS product marketing focus is a must.
- Experience working in a SaaS software company. Experience in Fintech is a plus
- A deep understanding of messaging, product marketing, and product management.
- Solid qualitative and quantitative analytical skills - the more that you can inform your thinking with data the better.
- Comfortable presenting both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
- Outstanding listening, communication (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
- Someone with a charismatic and engaging personality, who knows how to get stuff done!
- An entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about what you do, enthusiastic, self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
The annual gross base salary range for this position is $113,600 - $142,000 plus variable compensation.
