Job Description
In the role of an HR Business Partner, your primary objective will be to forge strong partnerships with company leadership to develop and execute strategic HR plans that directly contribute to achieving business goals.
You will act as a catalyst for integrating people-centric strategies into the fabric of our operations, enhancing the employee experience in alignment with our business objectives. Your responsibilities include orchestrating a unified approach to HR initiatives across different departments, facilitating organizational change, and ensuring the development and performance of our workforce align with our strategic direction.
Your responsibilities:
- Partner with senior management and various functional teams on strategic and operational execution, including onboarding, team effectiveness, change management, organizational design, performance management, retention, engagement, talent planning, professional growth, and more.
- Support managers in identifying and addressing organizational and people issues, removing barriers, and increasing engagement and effectiveness across teams in the region.
- Lead change management efforts, supporting the organization in adapting to and thriving through transformations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding managers and employees on all aspects of HR.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees at all levels to empower their development and drive high performance, while partnering with senior managers to implement effective performance management processes.
- Communicate the value and benefits of HR initiatives to secure organizational commitment and understanding.
- Collaborate across the HR function and other departments to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience across all company interactions.
Qualifications
We expect you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years in an HR Business Partner capacity within a rapidly growing technology company
- Demonstrated competence in change management, organisational development, management coaching, employee engagement and experience.
- Proven experience developing trusted relationships at all levels of an organisation including senior-level talent to drive programmes
- Strong business sense coupled with high emotional intelligence to juggle contending priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent English, both written and verbal.
