Description
Grafana Labs is looking for a Senior Recruiter to support our GTM teams and leaders, focusing on sales hiring, on a 6 month contract. You will work alongside our Talent Team to deeply understand hiring requirements, hiring challenges, organizational structure, and individual team dynamics.
In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for running full-cycle recruitment. Tasks will range from engaging with passive and active talent internationally, to guiding the candidates through our hiring journey, to generating offers and handing the new hire off to our People Ops Specialist for onboarding.Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a senior recruiter. Experience working directly with senior leaders focusing on sales hiring in SaaS/Tech space.
- You have a network of sales professionals that you are able to present.
- Own high-volume recruiting across a variety of roles across primarily sales roles globally.
- Sourcing is a big part of your role. You are confident engaging passive candidates and utilizing the team’s networks and technical experience to engage with candidates appropriately
- Willingness to support the talent acquisition team on any hiring necessary including other GTM and R&D roles.
- Work in a remote-first company where communication is key. You are happy to face off to different time zones.
- You’re comfortable in a high-paced environment. You embrace change and ambiguity.
- You’re familiar with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Available to work on a 6 month contract position in the United States/EMEA.
In Spain, the targeted daily compensation is EUR500. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
