Description of Duties
Grafana’s GTM organization is looking for a Staff Salesforce CPQ Developer. You will work with a cross-functional team to build the next iteration of our CPQ system. Additionally, you will help establish the architecture to integrate Salesforce with financial systems (Netsuite) and internal org provisioning systems. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on development experience in Salesforce and the ability to work directly with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and continuously improve Lead to Contract process enabled with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Docusign, Netsuite and a familiarity with other tools such as Conga Composer.
- Develop solutions within Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, including both declarative and custom development (Javascript, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Framework)
- Create and update documentation to assist with maintenance and triage of development applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various groups to design, develop, interpret and analyze requirements to align business processes improvements and efficiencies with system functionality and ensure the accuracy of information feeding into the CRM ecosystem.
- Create and maintain strong business partnerships to gather requirements and translate gathered information into working solutions.
- Attention to detail and exceptional time management and organization ability.
Requirements:
- Salesforce Certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer II, Javascript Developer I
- 10+ years of general Salesforce experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience or extension experience implementing Salesforce CPQ
- 5+ years of Salesforce lead developer experience for a medium-scale enterprise implementation working with various Salesforce development frameworks.
- Experience with other integrated tools such as but not limited to Clari, Netsuite, LeanData, Marketo, Gong, ZoomInfo, and custom homegrown platforms.
- Ability to pivot amongst changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to provide technical support, troubleshoot, and triage general Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ issues as they arise.
- Ability to think critically and creatively in order to resolve unforeseen obstacles
A plus if you have the following:
- Familiarity with consumption-based SaaS pricing models
- Previous experience working for a hyper-growth technology startup
- Previous experience working in open-source
- Previous experience working remotely
