Job Description
(This role will be performed remotely from Dahlia, India, and required to join one week of the month to the Sales meeting at the Dahlia location.)
We are looking for a suitable candidate to support the strategy and execution of various marketing events and programs. This is a unique opportunity to create awareness and execute marketing activities that are poised to change the lives of cancer patients. In this role, you will work collaboratively across various functions such as Sales, Medical and external agencies to support a variety of programs aimed at healthcare professionals, including medical conferences, educational campaign and programs, digital marketing and more.
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategy and implement marketing activities in line with company’s direction and strategy.
- Drive successful product launches in India and MENA region.
- Organize physical and online events eg. webinar series, medical conferences, advisory boards, continuing medical education and digital marketing activities.
- Analyze data and track key performance indicators for both digital and physical marketing campaigns and events.
- Organize and support country marketing activities with channel partners in India.
- Maintain a good understanding of clinical data and literature relevant to the product.
- Research and provide market trends and competitive intelligence for products.
- Support the development of promotional content and marketing resources including both digital assets and print collaterals for conferences, tradeshows, educational programs, and other marketing activities.
- Manage administrative processes in compliance with the company’s policy.
- Maintain and track marketing collaterals and facilitate sharing with channel partners and country leads.
- Maintain and grow customer database through lead generation.
- Develop and maintain Key Opinion Leaders management programmes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/Business/Pharmacy/Life Sciences preferred
- A minimum 2 of years of sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, diagnostics or healthcare industry
- Experience in oncology, companion diagnostics and targeted agents preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing will be added advantage.
- Must be very proficient with all Microsoft Office products – particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Information
Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment. Majority of the work is performed in a desk/office environment; however, there may be exposure to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard material in the laboratory environment. Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
