- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high-performance levels and achievement of recruitment goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes continuous improvement.
- Full-cycle Recruitment:
- Personally handle full-cycle recruitment for key positions, demonstrating hands-on expertise.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in the IT industry.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Implement best practices to streamline and improve the overall recruitment process.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data and metrics to analyze recruitment trends, assess the effectiveness of strategies, and make informed decisions.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment progress and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of hands-on experience in leading recruitment efforts, with a focus on IT roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a recruitment team and achieving hiring goals.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
