HighLevel is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to drive our company's growth and success.
\n- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with 5+ years of expertise in technical recruitment.
- Preferred background in SaaS companies or similar high-growth environments.
- Experience working in a scaled hiring environment with a proven track record of meeting quality hiring goals.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and other tech-driven functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing hiring managers, technical leaders, and senior stakeholders.
- Awareness of market trends and dynamics in the tech hiring landscape.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data-driven recruitment metrics.
- Experience scaling teams to meet aggressive growth demands.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices in a global, remote-first environment.
- Prior collaboration with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals.
