Your proficiency in the specified language will enable you to engage with candidates effectively and provide tailored recruitment services. Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various online platforms, focusing on Dutch, German, or Nordic markets.
- Create and post job descriptions in the relevant language to appeal to local talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability for positions.
- Communicate effectively with candidates in their native language throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Track and manage candidates throughout the hiring process efficiently.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends and market developments in the Dutch, German, or Nordic regions.
- Fluency in Dutch, German, or a Nordic language, along with strong English communication skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms.
