Responsibilities

- Previous experience in online recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with candidates and clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with various online recruitment tools and platforms.
- C1/C2 level English proficiency.
