Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you review product listings, descriptions, and user-generated content, ensuring they align with community guidelines and e-commerce standards. Responsibilities
- Moderate and review content on e-commerce platforms to ensure it meets quality and guideline standards.
- Evaluate product descriptions, reviews, and user comments in Dutch for appropriateness and relevance.
- Identify and report any misleading or inappropriate content, such as false advertising or harmful comments.
- Engage with users by responding to inquiries regarding content policies and moderation processes.
- Collaborate with e-commerce teams to provide insights on trends and areas for improvement.
- Document moderation actions and maintain records of decisions made.
- Participate in training to stay updated on platform policies and e-commerce best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch with strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Previous experience in content moderation, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand context in content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions swiftly.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their content policies.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team setting.
