Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placement.
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive networking and outreach.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and company culture.
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely follow-up.
- Stay informed about industry trends and continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities, able to work independently.

- Available for a mandatory 3 months paid training in Greece
