Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles to match them with job opportunities abroad.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to attract Flemish-speaking talent.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and talent demographics in the Flemish-speaking region.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients, highlighting their strengths and fit for the role.
- Stay updated on legal regulations and compliance related to international recruitment.
- Fluent in Flemish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in an international context.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and employers alike.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
