The House of Mercier is seeking a passionate German Speaking Customer Support Representative for an online travel agency, offering the opportunity to work remotely from Greece. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their travel inquiries, bookings, and any issues they may encounter while exploring travel options. Your fluency in German will be essential in ensuring a seamless customer experience, as you provide detailed information and friendly assistance in navigating their travel plans.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German via email, phone, and live chat, providing accurate information about travel services.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and other requests.
- Resolve any issues or concerns customers may have in a timely and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly to ensure consistent follow-up and resolution.
- Work closely with travel partners and internal teams to ensure a high level of service.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, company policies, and promotions to provide the best support.
- Contribute to team objectives by enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, especially in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle questions and resolve issues effectively and empathetically.
- Familiarity with booking systems and CRM software.
- Self-driven and capable of delivering high-quality service in a remote work environment.
