Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across Europe
- Build and maintain a network of Italian-speaking candidates
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Create compelling job descriptions and post job advertisements on various platforms
- Utilize social media and professional networking sites for recruitment purposes
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for candidates as needed
- Assist candidates throughout the hiring process, from application to placement
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of the Italian job market and employment trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
