Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-quality candidates for various roles within the Nordic markets.
- Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.

- Work closely with hiring managers to grasp their unique recruitment needs.
- Utilize social media platforms and job boards for proactive sourcing.

Requirements
