Talent Acquisition Specialist

Do you want to be a part of the future of animation and help build a diverse and talented team? Netflix Series Animation (NSA) is seeking an exceptional Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You’ll be at the forefront of staffing across Production, Editorial, Art, and Story for various shows. This fast-paced role requires you to manage the end-to-end recruitment process while maintaining a top-tier candidate experience.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute recruiting plans to expand diverse talent pools for short and long-term needs across shows.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand production needs, advise on recruitment strategies, and provide insights on the talent market and compensation trends.
- Lead the recruitment process, ensuring all candidates are assessed against role criteria and studio values in an unbiased and inclusive manner.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create competitive offers while balancing the production budget.
- Manage multiple roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while ensuring a smooth, high-quality candidate experience.
- Champion diversity and inclusion to build a pipeline that reflects diverse backgrounds and supports authentic storytelling.
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, especially in a production and development environment.
- Background in the Animation, Entertainment, Gaming, or VFX industries is a must.
- Expertise in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent using various channels and tools.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; knowledge of Eightfold and Workday is a plus.

Pay Range:
- $70-75/hr
