Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and services offered by the company
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Process customer orders and returns while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions to assist customers accurately
- Create and maintain customer records in the system to track interactions and responses
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using customer service software and online communication tools
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
