Job Description: CE Functional Consultant

CRM Functional Consultant

Experience and Skills

  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CE from both a functional and technical perspective
  • Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience in CE Configuration, customization, standard workflows, Power Automate Flows, Dashboards, Model Driven App, Fetch XML, forms and views is a must
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics solution management, relationships, and ribbon customization
  • Clear understanding of Dynamics security model
  • Working knowledge of XRM Toolbox
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, creating user stories, tasks, test cases, etc.
  • Commitment to staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Dynamics 365 CE Platform
  • Skilled in languages like C#, TypeScript/JavaScript and tools like Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code for writing plugins and web resources
  • A detailed knowledge and understanding of all CE functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Contact/Case Management
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills

RequirementS:

  • Two Microsoft Dynamics CE Certifications
  • Ability to create custom pages, canvas apps, PCF Control, and Power Pages
  • Understanding of Power Platform and other areas of the Microsoft stack
  • Understanding of standard integrations between Office 365 and CE
  • Integration with third party software and solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft Flow and/or Logic Apps
  • Understanding of Azure with relation to Power Platform
  • Experience in integrating Dynamics CE with Dynamics 365 For Finance & Operations or other legacy and third-party systems
  • Data Migration experience would be an advantage
  • Business process mapping, modelling, and documentation knowledge
