POSITION SUMMARY

Humanitru is an integrations-first software platform for nonprofits that empowers organizations to centralize their data and streamline their operations. By connecting with leading platforms like MailChimp, QuickBooks, DonorSearch, and other best-in-class tools, Humanitru replaces legacy CRMs and eliminates data silos, giving nonprofits a unified view of their supporters and operations.

We are looking for a results oriented Account Executive eager to have a lasting impact at a high-growth SaaS company. You’ll be joining our growing (remote) team as we continue to expand across the country. Compensation is 50% base salary (listed) and 50% commission with no caps.

You’ll have the opportunity to manage the entire sales cycle and close business within your protected territory. As a self-starter, you’re passionate about getting your foot in the door, building relationships, and have no fear talking to prospects who may have never heard of us.

DUTIES

  • Build your territory and create prospecting plans to gain entry into accounts

  • Meet (remotely) with prospective customers to understand their needs and how we can help them

  • Work closely with Solutions Consultants to demonstrate the Humanitru system to prospective customers

  • Become an expert in the nonprofit technology industry and speak intelligently to nonprofit fundraising, operations, and executive team members 

  • Work closely with assigned Business Development Manager to collaborate on prospecting plans to target accounts

  • Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders

  • Travel and represent Humanitru at industry conferences

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of sales experience within the B2B SaaS space. Preferably CRM or relevant platform cloud software.

  • History of growth and upward mobility in previous roles

  • Ability to think strategically on your assigned territory and execute a plan of attack

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude

  • No excuses mindset

  • Superb listening and question asking skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Passion for technology and helping non-profits

  • Ability to take direction and execute

  • Diligent follow up and organization skills
