Position Overview:
The Bookkeeper will assist the Controller with AP, AR, and ledger entries.
Must Have Qualifications:
- Strong functional knowledge of SAGE Intacct
- 5+ Years of experience in a similar role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with construction or government grant related accounting functions
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with M365 (Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), SharePoint
- Exceptional organizational, communication, problem solving, research and follow-up skills
Location: Remote in the U.S.A.

Reports to: Controller
Skill Level: Intermediate
Education: BS Preferred
Areas of Expertise: Sage Intacct, GAAP, Federal & State Grant Financial Reporting, Construction Accounting; General Ledger
Employment Type: Temp, 3–6 month engagement
Compensation: $70k/yr
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing A/P, A/R, and General Ledger functions.
- Help ensuring ICAST is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding account keeping

- Be productive by working on projects within a week of hiring.
