Description
Remote (US), excluding MA, CA, WA, HI, AK, CO, CT, MT, NY, NJ Oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects which have a beginning, end, and specified deliverables. Engages with internal and external stakeholders. Prepares communication materials, business cases, funding requests, and presentations to gain acceptance for strategic plans from stakeholders. Ensures projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Builds and maintains key strategic relationships within various areas, including but not limited to support functions, technology, and/or business lines to ensure alignment with overall strategic plans. Leads the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication strategies. Organizes project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules, and determines resource requirements. Integrates vendor tasks into project plans, tracks, and reviews vendor deliverables. Performs project risk management. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Experience: 3 year’s project management and/or relevant experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college) Licenses/Certifications: PMO (Project Management Office) Certification or PMP (Project Management Professional) Certifications Level Specific Responsibilities: Oversight of medium to large semi-complex to complex implementation projects Creates and manages project roadmaps Responsible for projects that generally last more than 6 months Assists in defining business requirements, researches external benchmarks, and gathers appropriate data Accountability/Complexity: Works independently on moderately complex projects/assignments and seeks guidance on projects/assignments of higher complexity May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and/or support employees IPH welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
