The client operates a business focused on conducting mock health inspections for restaurants and grocery stores, helping them maintain compliance and improve operational standards. With a commitment to streamlining processes and ensuring excellence in food service, the client aims to enhance workplace safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:Manage email correspondence, prioritize messages, and ensure timely follow-ups.Update and maintain CRM database and ensure data accuracy.Perform quality control checks on reports and prepare them for submission.Handle inbound calls, voicemails, and appointment scheduling.Coordinate calendars and streamline scheduling Run status reports and quarter end reports Manage the supplies and order supplies as needed.Data Processing & Analysis:Clean up database and transfer legacy data into new web app.Analyze business metrics and run reports.Format and condition data for presentation, including basic macros and spreadsheet automation.Social Media & Content Management:Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing social media content.Ensure the brand's online presence aligns with company values.Help execute the recruitment and onboarding of auditors using social media and traditional avenuesSpecial Projects:Support initiatives related to web app software and restaurant/grocery industry standards.Assist in learning and using proprietary software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).Familiarity with QuickBooks, CRM systems, and proprietary Web App software.Background in food service, restaurant, or grocery store industry preferred.Strong analytical skills and experience with data formatting and macros.Ability to create visual content for social media and assist with marketing efforts.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
