- Proven experience as a New Account Manager, ideally within a tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the technology, engineering, and digital marketing sectors.
- Ability to work independently in a freelance, remote capacity.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A strong network of industry contacts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with client companies, understanding their hiring needs in tech, engineering, and digital marketing.
- Actively source and secure new job opportunities for our recruitment team.
- Act as a liaison between clients and our Athens-based recruiters, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Meet and exceed targets through a high-commission, performance-based structure. Maintain market awareness and anticipate client needs in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
