About the opportunity:
We are looking for a data-driven Technical Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex, tangible problems to come join our automation team! Reporting directly to our cofounder/CEO and partnering with our brilliant software engineers, designers, data scientists, and operations teams, you will own a segment of our core insurance product. You will help us scale our platform to accommodate increased traffic and volume, and increase the speed and efficiency of our insurance shopping and refinancing products. Responsibilities:
Comb through a massive amount of data, run analyses, and identify opportunities to optimize our operations and backend systems to improve operational efficiency
Source and research the latest AI tools to supercharge our app
Identify prime areas to leverage automation to solve our user pain points and reduce friction in our app flow
Partner with engineers, data scientists, designers, and operations teams to launch new features designed to make the insurance shopping and maintenance experience instantaneous and delightful
Ideal profile:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of consumer-facing product management, consulting, or business operations experience
Comfortable conducting rigorous analyses, developing insightful hypotheses, and validating impact
A plus if you have weathered an early startup environment
