Your Role:
As a Graphic Designer, you'll help us craft visually compelling content that engages our audience and strengthens the JobLeads brand. Your expertise in graphic design will play a key role in shaping our social media presence, advertising campaigns, and user acquisition efforts. What you’ll be doing:

Develop and create high-quality and engaging designs in accordance with JobLeads brand guidelines for a variety of use cases, including:

Social media ad campaigns

Content for social media channels (images, carousels, reels, stories, animated graphics, social cards, etc.)

Landing pages for user acquisition (ensuring great UX and a frictionless path into our main platform)

Email marketing campaigns

Video effects and motion design

Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition.

Maintain ownership of work from project kick-off through execution, managing project timelines and working with the Creative Lead/Project Manager to acquire necessary assets.

Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the pre- and post-production process.
What you’ll need:
-
5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an advertising agency, in-house creative department, or similar.

3+ years of proven experience creating engaging marketing and social media designs.

A creative storyteller with a finger on the pulse of emerging creative trends across social platforms.

Excellent visual design craft skills, with stylistic breadth, attention to detail, and an obsession for pixel perfection.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional colleagues.

Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Nice if you have:

Experience with AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, and Runway.

Experience in UX design, particularly in landing page design, with a strong understanding of user behavior.
