Job Description
- Liaise with clients and manage internal projects, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate internal communication and facilitate project collaboration across departments.
- Follow up with our Chinese partners, managing relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Undertake a range of internal administrative tasks to support the CEO and the broader team.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives and assist in implementing operational changes.
- Assist with sales-related tasks prior to the establishment of a dedicated sales team.
- Write and manage documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy in internal and external communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Access to 24/7 high speed Internet.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, particularly in a project management capacity within a startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a flexible approach to managing diverse tasks.
- Proficient in digital technology and project management tools.
- A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
