We are seeking an Installer Network Manager to grow and scale our installer network. This role is ideal for someone who understands the home services landscape, excels at recruiting skilled installers, and can quickly build strong relationships nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Build our network of skilled installers through a variety of recruitment strategies (cold calling, attending conferences, referral programs, etc)
- Oversee installer onboarding and training programs
- Actively monitor installer performance and oversee quality assurance processes
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges to retain top installers and build long-term, trusted relationships.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in the home services industry, with a background working closely with installers
- Ability to confidently "speak the language," quickly build rapport, and intuitively assess quality and fit
- Above-average tech proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
- Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with a proven ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
