About the role:
The Salesforce Administrator (Admin) helps position Kicksaw as a leader in Salesforce Consulting and plays an important role in the success of Kicksaw’s client relationships and implementations. As part of the Delivery team and reporting to the Delivery Manager, the Salesforce Admin will face more interesting challenges in a given month than an average Salesforce Admin will face in a given year. Our customers are all different and require top-notch operators to solve their problems. Our core offering of a fractional operations team has proven to be extremely valuable for our customers and the bulk of that comes from the work of our consulting team.

What the Salesforce Administrator will do:
- Configure standard Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud standard objects
- Build custom objects, formula fields, custom views, reports, dashboards, etc.
- Manage users, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, validation rules, etc.
- Build complex automation utilizing Flows and manage workflows and process builder
- Work closely with Pod members to coordinate Salesforce deployments
- Complete data imports/migrations utilizing Data Loader or similar tools
- Own Salesforce apps and integrations with external systems and platforms as required
- Work closely with Consultants and Solution Architects to improve our clients' Salesforce instances
The right candidate will have:
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administrator experience
- 4+ Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Data Architect, Platform Developer I, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Field Service Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant
- Prior Salesforce experience, preferably in a Salesforce consulting environment
- Expertise with roles, profiles, sharing rules, and more
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices
- Comfortability using change sets
- Familiar and comfortable using Project Management tools
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience working with a large portfolio of projects spanning multiple clients
- We don’t expect our consulting team to be APEX developers by any means but they should have a clear understanding of when APEX is required and when it isn’t

- For candidates based in the United States, this position includes an annual base salary range of $115,000 - $150,000 USD
- For candidates based in Canada, this position includes an annual base salary range of $143,750 - $187,500 CAD
- Final compensation offers are based on level of experience, skillset, certifications, and education.
