About the role:
The Project Manager helps position Kicksaw as a leader in Salesforce Consulting and plays an important role in the success of Kicksaw’s client relationships and implementations. As part of the Delivery team and reporting to the Delivery Manager, the Project Manager will act as the main contact for client projects that require custom integration and development services. The Project Manager plans and executes custom development projects to specification within an established time frame and budget.
What the Project Manager will do:
- Being accountable for the following management domains: scope, budget, schedule, resource, issue, risk, communications, quality, and stakeholder/client
- Facilitate technical discovery and solution design sessions with clients ensuring technical feasibility
- Managing team forecast and project status reporting
- Delivering realistic schedules and work estimates
- Managing team capacity and work assignments using agile methodologies including Sprint planning, Sprint demos, and Sprint retrospectives
- Resolving issues, conflicts, and critical path deliverables
- Organized and disciplined about tracking projects, delivery, and timelines, inclusive of a RAID log
- Comfortable meeting ad hoc with the customer
- Communicating clearly and succinctly via email, Slack, Zoom, project management tools, or over the phone
- Able to build and maintain relationships with customers, in any capacity
- Demonstrate peer leadership through leading and managing teams, coaching and mentoring Pod members, and resolving team conflict/communication issues
- Assign & qualify project health rating
- Monitor quality assurance activities
The right candidate will have:
- 3+ years of consulting/implementation experience
- 5+ years of technical project management experience, including gathering requirements from the client, tracking and planning projects, and working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
- Previous Salesforce experience (admin, implementation, etc.)
- Required Salesforce certification: Salesforce Certified Associate or Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Required project management certification: CSM and/or PMP
- Ability to walk through technical logic at a detailed level
- Experience managing and implementing complex technical solutions
- Understanding of technical stories and technical debt
- Understanding of underlying technical architecture at a high level
- Adept at project management, leadership, and business strategy
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience working with remote teams

- For candidates based in the United States, this position includes an annual base salary range of $115,000 - $140,000 USD
- For candidates based in Canada, this position includes an annual base salary range of $143,750 - $175,000 CAD
- Final compensation offers are based on level of experience, skillset, certifications, and education.
