The Job
As an AI Software Engineer, your main focus will be to design and develop Python-based solutions for AI applications. Your work will involve integrating multiple Large Language Models (LLMs) using LangChain and optimizing AI workflows within the platform.
\n- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Integrate LLMs using LangChain to power AI-driven features and tools.
- Optimize AI workflows for scalability, efficiency, and performance.
- Collaborate with solution architects, product managers, QA analysts and engineers to align AI solutions with business goals.
- Work with cloud platforms for deployment, scalability, and performance monitoring.
- Implement best practices in code quality, security, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI workflows and backend services.
- Document code, AI workflows, and experiments to foster team knowledge-sharing
- 3+ years of experience as a Python Developer, especially with FastAPI, with exposure to AI applications.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and integrating LLMs into real-world applications.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Experience deploying Python-based AI applications with cloud platforms (GCP experience is a plus).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Fluent in English (C1 level) for communication with clients and team members.
- Agile/Scrum mindset and a team-oriented attitude.
