What You’ll Do
- Effectively manage and execute tasks within HubSpot, including building forms, editing workflows, and creating custom properties.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand objectives and implement strategies within HubSpot to achieve goals.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement within existing workflows and landing pages, implementing changes to optimize performance.
- Utilize HubSpot's automation capabilities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to enhance marketing efforts.
- Communicate proactively with team members, providing updates on progress and actively seeking input and feedback.
- Show initiative in suggesting and implementing new ideas and strategies to drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with HubSpot, with a demonstrated ability to effectively utilize its features and functionalities.
- Proficiency in building landing pages, editing workflows, and creating custom properties within HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and experience implementing automation strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and find solutions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
