We are looking for an assistant for a Social Media & Marketing Manager / Graphic Designery for a Chiropractic based in the US. We are dedicated to helping people live free through high-quality chiropractic care. As we continue to grow with our vision to be the Gold Standard of Chiropractic in the US, we are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s digital presence, content creation, and franchise marketing support.
Position Overview
We are seeking a well-rounded, creative, and highly organized professional with expertise in social media management, graphic design, and marketing strategy. This individual will manage our social media presence across multiple accounts, create compelling digital and print assets, and support franchisees with marketing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies for 3 key accounts:
- (FB/Instagram/TikTok): Focus on local marketing with scalable national content for other locations.
- (FB/Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok): Collaborate with the Operations Team to develop impactful content for the company.
- (FB/Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok)
- Plan, schedule, and post engaging content aligned with our brand’s mission and marketing goals.
- Work with the local team to capture content e.g. video or photography when needed
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, and growth, providing insights and adjustments as needed.
- Develop a localized strategy that is most effective for organic brand awareness and lead generation opportunity.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Create high-quality, brand-consistent graphics for digital and print materials using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Design assets for Quarterly Marketing Campaigns, including print materials, training decks, and digital ads. Both video and static images.
- Example: Weekly social posts,flyers/A-boards, Internal Signage
- Develop social media templates, infographics, and visual content to enhance brand storytelling.
- Edit basic videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and training materials.
- Develop and Manage a successful email marketing campaign utilizing GHL or local CRM.
Content Strategy
- Brand Consistency – Maintain a consistent voice, colors, and messaging aligned with FreeForm
- Content Pillars – Deliver all 5 content themes (e.g., education, testimonials, lifestyle, promotions, behind-the-scenes). Reel Categories.
- Call-to-Action (CTA) – Encourage engagement (e.g., “Comment below,” “Book now,” “Share with a friend”).
Post Format & Frequency
- Mix of Content – Use a variety of post types:
- Static images (educational or inspirational)
- Carousels (step-by-step guides, testimonials, services)
- Videos (short-form like Reels/TikTok, long-form for deep dives)
- Stories (daily updates, polls, engagement stickers)
- Posting Cadence – Aiming for 3-7 times per week, balancing quality with consistency.
Franchise Marketing Support
- Serve as the primary marketing support contact for franchisees across 9 locations.
- Assist with marketing requests, provide creative solutions, and ensure brand consistency across locations.
- Offer guidance on marketing best practices to franchisees, helping them optimize their local organic digital marketing efforts.
- Develop and Manage a successful email marketing campaign utilizing GHL or local CRM.
Additional Responsibilities
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with leadership to support company-wide initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist in researching and implementing AI-assisted marketing tools to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, graphic design, or marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video editing tools.
- Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Experience working with franchise businesses or multi-location brands is a plus.
- A creative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
