Job Title: Fully Remote ServiceNow HR Product Manager

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow HR Product Manager to join our remote team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives for HR processes.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ServiceNow HR solutions.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, implementation, and support teams to ensure successful delivery of HR products.
Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
Monitor product performance and gather feedback to continuously improve and optimize HR solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in HR technology or software development.
Strong understanding of federal HR processes and regulations.
Experience working with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module is highly desired.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
US Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Familiarity with ITIL framework and HR best practices.
