We have offices in Santa Clara, CA and Charlotte, NC for employees who prefer to work regularly or occasionally from an office.


You will be working with a cross-functional team made up of developers, product designers, QA, and data analysts. This role requires a combination of deep technical skills, business acumen and interpersonal skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs and pain-points, traveling on-site when necessary
  • Analyze metrics, customer and prospect feedback, internal stakeholder feedback, and market trends to identify the highest value opportunities
  • Act as the “glue” and drive collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, Customer Engagement, Product Implementation, Operations, and more
  • Define and hit measurable and specific goals tied to short, medium, and long-term business outcomes
  • Own the prioritization of the roadmap and backlog and make it visible to the rest of the company
  • Partner with other product teams to help track cross-functional dependencies and plan integrated roadmap delivery
  • Manage projects from definition all the way through to release and implementation
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to integrate ML and AI tools into the product 
  • Act as or on behalf of the expert in various contexts and be able to speak reasonably well to the relevant scopes based on the different stakeholders involved
  • Shield the team from requests and interruptions, while managing external stakeholders and keeping everyone in the loop
  • Delight our customers and make sure we are always improving the product experience


WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, where you were responsible for the product roadmap, or equivalent role
  • Experience working with and/or building predictive and prescriptive analytics tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience working with data science models and AI/ML
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across functions
  • Experience in the healthcare or health-tech industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and customers

$95,000 - $135,000 a year
The offered base salary will reflect careful consideration of a number of factors, including your location, skills and qualifications, prior relevant experience, internal equity and market conditions. This range may be modified in the future.
