In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy, leveraging data to build revenue models, develop financial forecasts, and guide key decision-making for our go-to-market teams. You'll own the creation and execution of financial models, capacity planning, ROI tracking, and commission structures. Your insights will inform the company’s growth trajectory, ensuring we achieve revenue targets efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Modeling & Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue and sales performance. Leverage these models to inform business decisions, optimize sales strategy, and ensure resource allocation is aligned with growth goals.
Commission Plan Management: Design and implement commission plans that align with business objectives. Ensure commission structures are effectively managed and drive sales team performance.
ROI Tracking & Optimization: Track and analyze the ROI of sales initiatives, campaigns, software tools, and other revenue-generating programs. Provide actionable recommendations for improving efficiency and maximizing returns.
Driving Performance Improvement: Lead and manage complex projects to improve performance across revenue operations. Identify opportunities for process optimization, implement solutions, and measure the impact to ensure continued growth and efficiency.
Business Process & Capacity Planning: Develop, refine, and optimize business processes related to revenue operations. Ensure that capacity planning aligns with company growth goals and optimizes the sales team's ability to meet targets.
Requirements:
Strong Analytical and Financial Acumen: Proven ability to build and analyze revenue models, capacity plans, and financial forecasts.
Expert in Excel: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Salesforce Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce and its integration with other SaaS tools.
SaaS Tool Familiarity: Knowledge of sales enablement, sales engagement, database management, and customer success management tools is preferred.
Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to create and implement revenue strategies that align with business goals.
Comfort with Ambiguity: Must be comfortable handling ambiguity and driving initiatives forward in a fast-paced, startup environment where adaptability is key.
Collaborative & Cross-Functional: Strong ability to collaborate with various teams, aligning on objectives and driving process improvements that optimize revenue generation and business performance.
Data Accuracy & Problem-Solving: Ability to identify data inaccuracies, diagnose, and develop solutions to correct disparities.
