Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
Are you all about precision, efficiency, and making an impact in accounting operations? If you're looking to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and collaborative environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
As a Record to Report Analyst, you’ll be at the core of our finance team, handling everything from recording financial transactions like invoices and payments to managing asset records and general ledger reconciliations. You’ll play a key role in the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the board.
Your keen eye for detail will be essential in balance sheet and bank reconciliations, as well as preparing key monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports. You’ll work closely with other finance and non-finance teams, helping to resolve discrepancies and improve processes along the way.
You’ll be hands-on with financial transactions, making sure everything is recorded accurately and in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. Month-end closing? That’ll be a key part of your role, ensuring that reconciliations are completed smoothly and efficiently.
You'll analyse financial data, spotting trends and making recommendations for improvements. Whether it’s testing new financial systems, assisting with audits, or collaborating across teams, you’ll be a crucial part of our finance operations.
Qualifications
What you’ll need to succeed:
At Reach, we value collaboration, determination, imagination, and customer focus. You’ll be joining a team that encourages innovation, supports your growth, and gives you the chance to make a real impact.
You’ll have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience in financial reporting, ideally within an RTR (Record to Report) process. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will help you manage complex reconciliations and financial statements with ease.
Experience with accounting software, financial reporting systems, and large-scale data analysis will set you up for success, as will your expertise in Excel and other financial tools. You’ll also need strong communication skills, as you’ll be working with multiple teams to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
