Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and organize the submission/intake email inbox promptly.
- Accurately input new submissions into Excel and Salesforce tracking systems.
- Create submission folders in SharePoint and populate them with necessary documentation.
- Log and update entries for bound business within our Accounts Workbook.
- Conduct daily reviews of entries in the Accounts Workbook to maintain accuracy.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of information across all systems.
- Coordinate with team members for cross-referencing and verification of data.
- Complete KYC/AML and Adverse Media checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data entry and compliance procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive records and reports of processed submissions and compliance activities.
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years of data entry experience with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Exemplary organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently.
- Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Ability to embrace change and swiftly grasp new processes and systems.
- Collaborative team player who can effectively engages with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and ownership mindset with a demonstrated capabilities of handling multiple, sometimes conflicting, priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering work with precision and excellence.
- Excellent English proficiency and strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Familiarity with Salesforce and executing administrative functions within the platform.
- Familiarity with technical insurance terminology and insurance company operational processes.
