What we’re looking for
As a Project Manager (Martech) at Massive Rocket, you will lead our Martech teams in deploying cutting-edge CRM and Data solutions. Your role will involve establishing roadmaps, managing backlogs, and coordinating the work of Martech teams to help clients achieve their business goals.
You will lead two or more project teams within the Client CRM and Data Programs, ensuring seamless coordination and effective management of resources and budgets. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth delivery of value to the Client, sending regular status reports and ensuring all work happens within the projects budget. As a retention champion, you will strive to retain and grow our engagement with clients through exemplary project management practices and experienced agility.
Responsibilities
• Delivery Dynamo: Ensures successful delivery of projects and services. Manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocations.
• Roadmap Strategist: Proactively identifies next work streams, flesh out requirements, estimate, prioritize, and include into the roadmap.
• Risk Ranger: Effectively identify potential risks and issues, implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the stability and continuity of the program.
• Engagement Specialist: Builds strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and managing expectations.
Oversee and ensure accurate and timely reporting on project status, key metrics, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with data analysts and reporting specialists to leverage Martech platforms for insightful performance reporting to show continuous value adds, improvements to customers
• Agile Catalyst: Drives Agile mindset and methodology within project teams
• Process Guru: Optimization of program/project processes and workflows. Embraces Massive Rocket's Agile development philosophy.
• Solutions Specialist: Participates in sales discovery calls, helps flesh out SoW and timelines for programs, and identifies needed resources.
Experience
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in project management, ideally in the Martech space.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong project management fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and their effective application in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex program issues.
• Experience of working an agency setting.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira).
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• English at C1 level
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with relevant technologies within the Martech space, such as Data Warehouses , CDPs , machine learning, CRM , Loyalty Engine etc.
