We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer who will also serve as a crucial client-facing representative of our company. This hybrid role merges technical front-end development skills with adept client interaction abilities, making you the primary liaison between our organization and our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, translating them into actionable tasks, and collaborating closely with back-end developers to ensure the delivery of exceptional solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to comprehend their vision, objectives, and specific requirements for their web or software projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the development process, ensuring transparent communication and regular updates.
• Translate client requirements into detailed, clear instructions and actionable tasks for the backend development team.
• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, ensuring the creation of visually appealing and functional products.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development to effectively guide clients and make informed decisions.

Key Performance Indicators for Success:

• Positive feedback from clients regarding communication clarity, understanding of requirements, and overall satisfaction with the delivered product.
• Effective collaboration with back-end developers and other team members, ensuring seamless project execution and timely delivery.

• Front-end developer with a robust portfolio and with a preference for Zoho tools to streamline development processes.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Expertise in front-end languages and frameworks, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or Angular.
• A track record of successful client interactions and project management, particularly in translating client needs to technical outcomes.
