Position Summary
The Data Services Data Quality Assurance (DQA) ITS Validation Leader is responsible for managing the ITS Count Validation project, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of outputs. This includes resolving production issues, completing validations, and providing performance evaluations to guide customer updates and targeted development efforts. The role also encompasses ownership of the validation process, project updates, risk management, and contribution to broader Data Services improvement activities.
Key Accountabilities
ITS Counts Validation
- Monitor validation requests and manage video processing (download, merge, crop, and upload).
- Configure study locations to align with MioOne configurations.
- Conduct verification, QA checks, and resolve data issues.
- Compile and analyze reports, explaining findings to stakeholders.
ITS Validations Team Ownership
- Manage production risks and communicate priorities, risks, and resource needs at daily stand-ups.
- Develop weekly plans with leadership and execute daily strategies.
- Address escalations and organize team resources to meet targets.
- Prepare and lead team workshops, delegating tasks and balancing workload.
Process Management and Improvement
- Update documentation and communicate workflow changes.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, including cost and quality enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on improvement initiatives and software testing.
- Attend product meetings and contribute to software development processes.
Metrics and Training
- Track and report on project metrics and improvement initiatives.
- Support demand planning, training program development, and process implementation.
- Assist with setting up new ITS Validation processes and procedures.
Additional Responsibilities
- Resolve escalations, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure customer-specific requirements are met.
- Maintain ownership of team productivity, quality, and ongoing team development.

Education and Experience
