Description

Our mission at Misen is simple: to create unreal cookware for real people, and to offer it an unreal price. Each person on our team is passionate about making quality cookware more accessible and making cooking more joyful. Because what could be more joyful than creating, sharing, and devouring a delicious meal? (Getting hungry now, in fact!)

In the past year we have rebuilt the company from back to front: brought CS in-house, switched tech platforms of every sort with the exception of Shopify and Klaviyo, changed 3PLs, moved to dual node – all with the intent to support strong growth without headaches.

Before we press the pedal on marketing, we still have one major area left to fix: take our simple value proposition and translate it into a clear, compelling, and distinctive visual brand which reflects all these values.

Our goal is to transform Misen into a brand that feels fresh, alive, and human – one that stands out, is as innovative as our products, and not trendy for trend’s sake. Our brand voice strives to be real, friendly, positive, direct, playful, passionate, self-assured and humble – and we’re looking to hire a brilliant creative who naturally embodies all of those qualities!

In this important role, you will oversee the art direction and graphic design for all areas of Misen.com, including site, UX, marketing, social media, and packaging design. You will be a key player in ensuring visual and voice consistency across all channels. You will help us forge a brand that our customers connect with and everyone on the team feels proud to be a part of. You will have a strong voice here.
